Crystals are naturally forming minerals found deep within the ground & they all have a unique (invisible) vibration which, when in contact with your invisible energy field (aura) can help to heal physically, support emotionally & mentally & even to protect, clear & enhance your energy. Crystals must be used in order for them to maintain their essential energy & must be cared for. It also helps after the birth or operations, accidents or any trauma to protect & stabilise the aura & sense of wellbeing.
How to use crystals:
They are best when kept close to you in your pocket, purse, handbag or as jewellery. Small crystals are called tumble stones & can be put in jewellery, keyrings or just held or kept in your pocket. Hold the stone(s) in your hand for a boost. Bigger crystals can help to enhance the energy of a whole room! Place where ever you feel you would like to feel more positive, protective or joyful. Please note: for giving to children or putting in their room it is best to only use very gentle crystals (keep small crystals away from young children, choking hazard)
Caring for your crystals:
Wash in salt water every week or leave in a bowl of salt over night. (some crystals should not be cleansed in this way but most can be) or put outside on a full moon. You may notice that after using a crystal for a while it looses it lustre, this means they are doing their job & have absorbed unwanted energies from around you. If you cleanse the crystal it will be as good as new again.

Flower remedies are the essence of natural flowers infused into pure spring water & preseved in a small amount of brandy. They are perfectly safe to use for anyone at anytime, including alongside any medication. They are soft yet powerful, bringing healing to your emotional body & your mind. They are taken internally by drinking a few drops a day in water or juice. They only taste of brandy, nothing else! If children are taking them you can heat up the drops in water to burn off the alcohol before drinking. Most flower remedies used in the special star 9 mixes are made by hand by Kate Hare, others are from other brands of flower remedies.

Bottled by hand in lovely green glass bottles, the bottle will last you at least one month. The nature of flower remedies is that you often only need to take them for about a month & then only when you feel the need. The remedies will keep for 3 years in the bottle due to the preservation in brandy!
