Ascension

5th dimensional vibration changes

There are many differing versions of how the Ascension process is followed and the changes that may occur along the way. 

Ascension is Enlightenment.  It becomes a lifelong (even more than one lifetime long) journey of self-discovery on all levels – mind, body & soul.

Ascension basically means that your vibrational rate becomes finer as time passes.

The things that can make your vibrational rate rise and become finer are numerous and different things work for different people.

There are no machines that measure your vibrational rate.  Some of the basic signs to look out for which can indicate that your vibrational rate is rising are:

• Changing the people you associated with
• Finding stimulants such as caffeine and alcohol are too strong and you don’t need nor want them
• Beginning to dislike places you once liked
• Needing to move house or re-decorate and de-clutter or even move abroad
• Interest in creative past-times, spiritual and esoteric subjects
• A need to change your job or re-train or start a new career or re-tire
• A wish to visit ancient or new spiritual places around the world
• Wanting to understand about Angels and spirit guides
• Using your intuition more and trusting yourself more

The above are just a sample of things to look out for.

How do you raise your vibrational rate? 

There are many ways and for some people it just happens naturally without any effort.  Some of the ways are:

• Past life/karmic clearing
• Soul clearing
• Reiki and other healing attunenment (particularly Seichem)
• Meditation
• Spiritual practices
• Regular chakra clearing, regular healing sessions with a therapist
• Yoga/Tai Chi
• Reading esoteric books or watching consciousness raising films
• Using crystals, essential oils, flower remedies, herbs etc

Why would you want to raise you vibrational rate?

This is a good question and there is no answer except that if you are destined to raise your vibrational rate during this lifetime, you will feel driven to do so and feel deep down inside that it is the quest you need to follow.

Changing your vibrational rate (as you can see above) causes changes in your life to occur.  Many people do not want these changes to happen and so avoid raising their vibration.

The benefits can be, that you begin to live your life the way you feel is right for you and that you feel as if you are fulfilling your life’s purpose.

Raising your vibration can help heal illness and depression, along with other problems such as anxiety, feeling trapped and fatigue.

It can also lead to you finding your true path and career in life.

You will find out about your soul and find out who you really are along the way and your mind will open to the possibilities of your life.  Your consciousness will expand and many find that their connection to their spirit guides and intuition increases greatly.

If you reach the minimum of the 5th dimensional vibrational spin rate, you will be helping to raise the vibrational rate of those around you, like a ripple in a pond.  You may also find that you are helping people, healing people and seeing life through new eyes. 

Where to start?

There is no one place to start (see above the different ways to raise your vibration)  If you are reading this you have probably already started in some way!

• An attunement in Seichem healing is one of the first steps you can take.  This immediately raises your vibrational rate and the subsequent levels will continue to do so.  The attunement also opens your consciousness to your potential and your true self. • You can also meditate but I would recommend not starting with past life meditations without supervision from an expert (this is not necessarily a hypnotherapist as some hypnotherapists do not believe in ascension and will not understand how to heal the lifetimes, only how to look at them)

• Past life healing and clearing is a MUST if you want to raise your vibration, the karma from past lives must be healed away.

• Inner child healing helps to heal the emotional baggage from this current life and therefore clears lower vibrations such as fear and anger.

What are lower emotional vibrational rates? 

Basically there is only one and that is Fear.  Fear leads to anger, hate, frustration etc including arrogance, conceit and/or the need for power and control.

If you have a finer vibrational rate it is akin to the vibration of love, compassion & joy.  You do not need to feed off other people and become more independent, loving and generous hearted.

What does ascension look like?

People who go through this process will often end up with brighter eyes and a general glow around them that is subtle but attractive.  They often wear light colours and live in clean spaces and often surround themselves with flowers, plants, crystals and alike.

On an invisible energy level (in the 4th dimension and above) you will see a change in the chakras and auric grids around a person (using your 3rd eye to see this)

Most people born before 2000 have chakras that are usually spinning wheels of colour ranging from white to red and all the colours of the rainbow.

Over a period of time, the chakras loose their stored fear and begin to spin at a faster rate, their colours become more pastel in shade and we say that they are at a 4th dimensional rate.

It can depend on your soul type as to what colours you will carry so it is best not to be too prescriptive about it.

The main aim for most people in the 21st century is to get to the 5th dimensional rate (many children born since 2000 were born with 5th dimensional chakras already in place)  and the chakras look like diamonds or crystals (hence the term “crystal child”) and are usually pale in colour and sometimes are white, gold and silver.

In order for the aura to support this change in vibration, the grid around the aura (which look like longitudinal and latitudinal lines on a globe) need to change too.

Imagine being surrounded by a spider web of strands of light which make a grid from above your head to below your feet in an elliptical shape.  As your spin rate increases, the strands are cleaned and some are even replaced with new ones.  As this process is happening, it can make you physically and spiritually fragile and care needs to be taken.  Especially in the lower back region.

You may find you feel the need to retreat from life for a few months as these grid alter.  Remember that everyone responds differently and the following are just guidelines:

You may feel some of the following:

• Dizzy and eyesight going a bit fuzzy on and off
• The need to eat or drink certain things
• The need to get out into nature
• The need to keep away from noisy places and people
• To sleep more
• To eat more sugar or honey
• To detox
• To watch or read certain things you are strangely drawn to
• Friends may disappear from your life or you may fall out
• You may make sudden decisions about your life
• You may feel ill – get colds, old symptoms flare up
• You may have strange aches or sensations in your back, legs and feet
• More emotional than usual and frustrated and angry at times

It depends on the person as to how long going from 3rd dimensional (rainbow chakras) to 5th dimensional chakras will take.  Some people do it in a few months, some over a period of years.  Currently it is easier than ever to make the shift due to the higher vibrational rate of planet Earth and the huge number of 5th dimensional beings who now inhabit the planet (like the ripple in the pond).

Usually it takes about 12 - 6 months if you have clearing and healing regularly from an Ascended Master Guide if you have already completed some of the clearing yourself such as having done some self-development, inner child work or already have attunements in Reiki or alike.

Souls

Souls only exist in this Universe and are shaped by time and space, outside of time and space as we know it, they are not known as souls, they are only pure energy (sometimes called a “being”).  This is confusing because we call our pure energy the “soul” sometimes. 

As this pure energy enters the realms of time and space they are spinning at different speeds; this gives them a colour wave, a sound and places them in a certain level of our consciousness. 

Depending on the soul’s vibrational rate, our human brains may interpret their energy to be like an angel, a fairy, an alien, a shaman, an animal or even an element such as earth, fire, air, water, wood, stone or metal and even a combination of some or all of the above.

When we sense souls with our uman emotional mind, they “feel” a particular way to us too, they can be happy, sad, lost, wise, angry, kind, needy etc.

Souls do not have to have a human body to exist, they can exist in many dimensions, in many forms and can be in more than one place at a time.

When souls incarnate, they take on karma in order to be able to sustain life in human form. When in corporal or human form the soul vibrates within a human body and therefore within the DNA and consequently within the cells of that body.

Once a soul has been incarnated and then leaves the corporal form (human death), it takes with it the memories of that lifetime, especially any strong emotional energies.  An example would be, death by murder or having been starving, beaten or having witnessed a war or in a positive way, having been rich and comfortable, having been loved and cared for, having been healthy and happy.  The soul then stores this information, like a computer memory bank.  The next time the soul incarnates, it can draw on this information to help it understand human life.  Sometimes, this information can be a barrier to life ie; there maybe a fear in the memory banks which may lead to a lack of confidence, a lack of trust and all sorts of phobias, fears and emotional difficulties.

Then, as the soul continues to re-incarnate over and over, any fears it accumulates can repeat themselves over and over too, causing themes to build up such as a fear of water, a fear of sexual relationships, a fear of money, a fear of success.

Positive experiences can build up and repeat themselves as well, such as confidence, success, good health, talents (such as athletic ability, music, dance, intelligence, psychic or healing abilties).

A soul can re-incarnate so many times that the pure and original vibration seems lost amongst the emotional energy and some people do not feel their original energy at all.  To others, they can catch glimpses of it from time to time, perhaps in meditation or when they are asleep.  The Ascension process is designed to re-introduce you to your original pure vibration by clearing away the emotional karmic baggage which seems to overshadow it.

There are so many different vibrations of pure energy or being but when this energy enters this universe it becomes a soul and it must find a vibrational wave length that it can live on.  When entering this universe, there are many star portals through which pure energy or being can pass and must find the one that suits it the best.  The portals vibrate at what is often called the 10th dimensional vibrational level.  Once the being has passed through the portal it sometimes takes on that colour wave, for example; Paladies is green, Arcturis is also green, Draco is white, Orion is gold, Sirius is blue and so on…..  it cannot change colour during a lifetime unless the soul in the human body changes (this is called a walk-in and a walk-out, when souls do an exchange part way through a human life.  It is usual however, for even walk-ins to be of a similar vibrational rate as the first one)

For example; the Palaidies souls vibrate on a green colour wave in our human minds but not all souls on that wave length are from Paladies originally, in fact Palaidies is like an international airport – full of all different types of energies and can be used by most beings as a portal.  Some souls can use more than one portal so they maintain their original colour rather than taking on the colour of the portal they used.  Sometimes, souls can use the portal colour to disguise their original colour if they do not want to be recognised.  The colour is only a guide, it is not set in stone and there are many different shades and so the above is only a generalisation about how it works.

Once the being or pure energy has reached a portal it takes on any karma that it accrued last time it incarnated and if it is incarnating for the first time, it will borrow karma from its soul family (ie; a soul with the same origin who has incarnated before) or if there are no souls from its family to borrow from, it will take on karma from a similar vibrational rate.

Once karma has been borrowed, it would not seem as if it were any less real than if it was originally theirs.  It would have the same effects as usual.

Often, souls do not exit via the 10th dimensional portals at all and stay within the first 9 dimensions at all times.  Some beings never existed outside of the 10th dimension and are known as indigenous Earth souls.  It is only extra-terrestrial beings who would enter via the star portals but a large proportion of souls on Earth are from elsewhere.

In the beginning of the universe we humans live in, there were 13 beings who formed a committee to over see the formation of time and space.  Eventually some of these beings decided to incarnate.  At first it was only possible to reach the 5th dimensional level of consciousness (Lemuria & Atlantis are a couple of famous times when this was done and sustained but they were not human as we now know it to feel).  From this 5th dimensional platform, beings then made it to the 3rd dimension using trees, animals and elements (earth, fire, water, stone, air, metal, crystals) to incarnate, these we now call angels, elementals and shamans.  They could not sustain the 3rd dimensional vibration for very long however and they did not reproduce and it was not until the beings incarnated into mankind (animals like monkeys) that the emotional karma really started to become a problem.  The beings realised that the lower vibration of the 3rd dimension made their pure energy unstable and some beings became trapped in time and space and were unable to ever leave via the star portals into the 10th dimension again.

Being stuck meant that they were subject to time and space and were stuck in the wheel of karma, in other words they had become a soul and were a combination of emotional and pure energy. 

What these beings found was, that if they reproduced and had children whilst in human form, the emotional energy (karma) was passed on down the generations but their original pure energy was not.  Therefore, children could have very different pure energy origins to their parents but they would be subject to their biological ancestor’s emotional experiences. 

The other thing that happened was that the emotional energy accrued could not be easily erased after each incarnation, it was not only passed onto the children via genetics but it would be stored in the soul, like a memory bank that could not be destroyed.  This memory bank is stored in a huge cosmic library, sometimes called the Akashic records, which is vibrating at the level of the planet Saturn, so it is also known as the Saturn library. 

The other thing that happened was collective karma.  The beings found that what happened to many souls such as experiencing war or natural disaster, was emotionally strong enough to cause an emotional tidal wave that spread to all other souls.  Therefore, souls found they were tainted or helped, depending on the emotion, by others and that they could have an effect on others too.

Spiritual practices can be employed to reach “enlightenment”.  This means that the human brain can remember what the pure energy feels like beneath all the emotional baggage of the soul.  Most people can reach the 10th dimensional vibration with their minds so that they can recognise their soul colour and the portal they have used to enter this universe but this is still not their pure energy, it is still the energy that is subject to time and space and it can still carry karma at this level.

To go beyond the 10th dimension means that you can see how “galactic” energy is working outside of time and space – there are still emotional issues at higher levels but these emotional issues were accumulated in other galaxies and universes outside of the time and space boundries of Saturn and are therefore cleared in a different way than soul karma would be.

To be free of most of your karma is the aim of many spiritual warriors; past life clearing and soul clearing are essential if this is to be achieved and it can take more than one lifetime to do this.  During the 20th and 21st Centuries it is easier than ever to clear karma due to the fact that the planet Earth is now vibrating at a higher rate than before, so the old 3rd dimensional rate now seems more like the 4th and will end up more like the 5th.  All levels are being raised and the 10th will move up too so we should be able to sense and discover more outside our universe as we know it than ever before.

The human brain continues to grow and its ability to recognise and sense that which is currently beyond our imagination, starts to become part of our reality.

Ancestral Guides

These are perhaps the easiest guides to contact for most people.  Lying deep inside us & all around us, their vibration is closely linked to our own reality.  They can be of great use to us in everyday life for finding the right choices & paths. 

Often these guides appear visually behind or transposed over your own face & in certain conditions may appear either  as apparitions or speak through a Medium.

The ones seen just behind our own face are usually your own biological ancestors rather than any old Tom, Dick or Harry.

Trance-mediums allow general spirits to transpose over their bodies.  Contacting the spirit world requires protection & focus so that contact with spirit is controlled. In general, it is best to hang onto your own physical form, rather than lending it out willy nilly to others but you always carry your own ancestral guides with you & they are mostly helpful & kind.

Sometimes these guides are pushed to the background during childhood & can be re-awakened by focusing on the idea of them & asking for help from them.  They can sometimes need you to focus on them over a period of time to make their way back through the solid vibration of the ego-self!

Whilst there are grandmothers & grandfathers of your own family & your current race there can also be ancestors on a deep human level.  Whatever vibration our soul might be; when we are in human form we carry the knowledge of our human ancestors in our in our bones!  This means that we often find ourselves guided by a race which now works largely in the next dimension but who were once as real & as human as we are now.  For example, the Natives of any continent—american, australians, south americans, europeans, africans, asians etc…..     We do not have to born of that race in this lifetime to receive guidance from them; we are all one race—the human race! 

I have asked the Native American Indians why they allowed themselves to be virtually wiped out by the invading nations.  The chiefs always give the same reply, “it was out time to go.”  Perhaps the method of them leaving can have a positive effect all these years later when we see that genocide is to be condemned & tolerance is key.

Someone asked me the other day whether you have to be dead to be a spirit guide, the answer to that is not necessarily!  It is likely that some of you act as spirit guides while incarnated in this reality but are totally unaware of it! We do not have our omnipresent abilities so clearly defined in this reality which can make it seem as if we are only here & now!

Crystals (Issue 2)

Staurolite (USA, Russia, Middle East)

Staurolite is an unusual & fairly rare stone, known as the Fairy Cross.  This is because the iron ore often forms in the pattern of a cross inside a bed of other minerals.  On my first encounter with the stone, it led me into it’s consciousness & this is what I found:

The stone does not hold a positive vibration when separated from its bed of minerals, so I wouldn’t advise buying it without its balancing counterpart.  It is only by being linked together that their vibration is healing.  It must be dug out of the ground with respect or it will be damaged & therefore be of no use.

The vibration I was shown was like a puppy dog, it held the vibrations of loyalty, friendship, playfulness & joy within it: once it has been cleared!  Before it was cleared it did not have a very pleasant vibration, it was resonating at its lowest rate.  The dwarf energy which is attached to so many crystals was not awakened & so the stone was hiding its true properties.  Its as if you need to ask permission to use it first!  Treated with care & love this stone adds protection & joy to anyone who borrows it from the earth.  Place it in a soft pouch & keep out of sight & touch of others.  Put in a safe place—not too hot & not too cold.  Bring it out & stroke it with your fingers to link your auric field to it & to activate its healing vibration. 

Use only sparingly as its power is great & works deeply on dispelling fears, old wounds & draws truth to the surface.  It helps to alleviate depression & addictions by connecting you to the very depths of the earth which is stabilising & nourishing, supportive & strong.

Unless you know you need this stone, it is best left alone but if you feel its draw, it will be of great help & bring great joy!

What is Past Life Regression (Issue 3)

Some people believe karma is negative energy from past life experience which you have to repeat until you manage to change it into positive energy.  Once you are in a karmic loop it is very hard to break out without some help!

Some people talk about karmic dispensation. This means that you are given an amnesty & allowed to get off the negative merry-go-round.  Being able to transform negative energies quickly is becoming easier through past life clearings. 

Some lifetimes are stored in the collective Akashic Records!  There is often little to tell us whether an experience you feel or see is really your own or collective.  Experiences can be inherited though human ancestors, soul ancestors or collective universal & cosmic history (essence lifetimes).  Experiences of war can be both; eg: we can think we have been in a war but we have not.  If anyone has seen the film “The 5th Element” by Luc Besson, then it is like when LiLu watches world history on the computer to learn about life on earth, she feels what she watches.  Lifetimes of great political leaders get locked in our human collective memories & we can all think we have been Cleopatra!  These lifetimes are no less real to us & should not be dismissed as any less important.

Karma that is still vibrating within our energy field can have an effect on this lifetime.  We can meet the same people as before, be married to the same person for thousands of lifetimes!  We can be a mother to someone in one lifetime, then switch places in the next!  Lifetimes do not necessarily run on linear time & can jump about.  We may pick up a relationship hundreds of lifetimes later but it is as if it was yesterday!  This constantly meeting up with the same people & expressing the same feelings in many different ways can get tiring & frustrating.  It can also be a wonderful experience when we meet someone we know inside out because we have known them before!  The most common past life problems are love triangles!  When you reunite with more than one previous lover in one lifetime!  Or even worse, when all of you in the triangle have been married to each other before at sometime! 

Past life regression can be done in several ways.  It can be done with the aid of hypnosis, where you yourself go back into the depths of your mind to remember the past.  You can often reach one or two lifetimes in a session.  The amount of detail depends on the focus.  A lifetime which looks familiar (eg: Victorian, Middle Ages..) will be easier to find than a more abstract life, say, on another planet or as a spirit guide for example.  (you don’t always need a body to register an experience!).

Another way is getting someone like myself to tune in & relate the lifetime to you.  I open a book in the Akashic Records & see what is inside!  This is a past life reading or clearing.

You can also do this yourself in meditation & you can get CDs to help with this.

A word of caution however.  When moving through the mind & energy field looking for other levels of consciousness you can sometimes open old wounds.  You are best learning how to clear any negative energies that are connected with the lifetime so that it will start to dissolve & only the memory & positive energy will remain & so that you do not start to suffer with ailments or emotional upset which was locked up in the past.  (There are enough of them triggered already in our lifetimes, without deliberately triggering off more!) Try to find CDs that include clearing as part of the regression.  Or come on a workshop.

It is possible to release negative energies from past lives with mantras & symbols without looking -like burning the books without reading them!  It would be impossible to re-visit every lifetime anyway, you can have thousands! 

Sweep clearings are a good idea, where you get to know about the main lifetimes but the rest are just swept clean.  This is done in layers, several clearings over a period of time. 

Personally I shy away from group regression as the amount of portals being opened to other timeframes & sometimes other dimensions is like being on a spaghetti junction with no map!

Herbs (Issue 4)

The Rose

Roses are an ancient flower,  used in ancient Chinese Medicine & by the Persians.  The Roman writer Pliny, listed over 30 disorders that responded well to Rose preparations.  The Rose also features heavily in potpourri, cosmetics & cooking even today.

The wild rose R.canina or Dog Rose has a special significance throughout history from pagan times.  This rose is also the sacred rose of the Rosicrucians & the Templars & also of the symbol of the planet Venus.

It is associated with Goddess worship & now with the Christian Mother Mary.  (Remember in the Da Vinci Code the correlation between Venus & the Rose!)  The Dog Rose however is very special because it self-pollinates to create its rose hips & is therefore used as a the symbol of male & female unity which is spiritually thought to be the goal we are aiming for (complete balance of yin & yang).  Venus energy is also likened to the balancing of spiritual energies with 

earthly energies.  The planet Venus is thought of as the twin of the earth.

Rose scent is considered to be exotic, romantic & heady.   It is also euphoric.  This allows us to feel calm yet uplifted at the same time, giving us a helping hand to reach our spiritual levels of consciousness.  Rose is also an anti-depressant & so gives us a feeling of well-being.  Remember the essence of Rose Quartz Crystal has all the same calming, uplifting & loving vibrations, hence the name!!!!

Venus -Goddess: The name for the Roman Goddess of sexual love & beauty.  Also likened to Aphrodite, Dione & Cytherea. 

Venus  - planet: associated with love, creativity, co-operation & spiritual refinement of emotions.  It is also linked with the grounding of the spiritual self with the earthly self, hence the symbol:

also known as the Morning Star because it is seen brightly in the morning even when the sky is light & is also thought of as symbolising the departed soul beginning its journey into the after life.

Venus & the pentagram: because as it orbits the sun it creates a pentagram pattern

Angel Healing (Issue 5)

Angels are all around us all the time.  Feathers or no feathers, there is no need to doubt their presence.  Angels exist because we think they do, therefore all we need to do is think of them and they appear.  There is no distinction made between those who deserve angelic help and those who do not.  Everyone can tap into the universal angelic pot of healing and guidance no matter what.  It is often those who feel or seem the most   unworthy in our eyes who are in need of the most help after all! 

Sometimes we can forget to ask for help because it seems a trivial thing we ask for or because we think that maybe our troubles are not worth noticing.  Angelic help is there whatever the issue, big, small or trivial.  When we feel that we have been deserted by our angels, it is at these times especially that we need to remember to ask for help.  The guidance is always forthcoming, it is just that when we are stressed, panicked or upset we are not always aware of the signs and help we are offered.  If we ask for help and then try to calm down, it can be easier to see and feel the    angelic energies around us.  Sometimes we ignore their guidance    because it is not what we would like to be told.  This does not change the fact that guidance was offered!

Angelic help can come in many guises and earth angels appear    often in the shape of a friend,     relative, colleague or stranger who comes with help, support or a    covert message. 

To be in tune with angelic help we must try to stay in tune with our intuition and keep ourselves as calm as possible.

As you are going to sleep after a bad day, just give the angels a bit of space in your whirling min.  Pray for help before you get out of bed & the day will be easier.

After a good cry, it is often worth doing your angel cards or just     sitting quietly and letting your mind drift for a while so you can feel the help & comfort around you. The key is to ASK, ASK and ASK because it will be given!

It is by asking that we draw the energy of healing, guidance & love to us.

Thought = creation

Creation = angelic energies

The Astrology of Manifestation by Sue Dibner Astrologer (Issue 5)

It is interesting to note that books and DVDs on subjects such as creative visualisation, manifestation and ‘cosmic ordering’ abound at the moment…….which led me to think about which planet we would most link to our ability to ‘manifest’.   After   considering and discarding Pluto  (too controlling!) Mars (too pushy) Jupiter (yeh, so Jupiter gets lucky, but this isn’t luck…)  I finally settled on Venus.

Astrologically speaking, Venus has rulership of the Cosmic Law of Desire, which states that we draw to ourselves anything that we desire or appreciate.   In other words…..if you truly desire and value those things – you emit an ‘energy’ that draws it to you!

Interestingly, if you look at the symbol of Venus, it could be said that it looks a little like a hand mirror – perhaps we use the energy of Venus in our birth charts, to reflect back to us our inner needs.   The urge of Venus is after all, to look for similarities and to bring equilibrium, harmony and balance.   This sort of ‘loop-back’ effect brings us to the next interesting point about Venus, and this is  that, according to the laws of manifestation…… in order to have wonderful and gorgeous things appearing in our lives…..we need to feel that we are wonderful and gorgeous enough to be worthy of them!   

You see, Venus  in the birth chart is also the significator of our value system, for by defining and understanding what we value and desire, we can begin to manifest and give form and clarity to our unique and individual identity.   But first of all, we have to feel that we are worthy of having our needs met.   Do we really expect that our desires and needs will be met?   Do we really, feel that we deserve to have them met?   And if the answer to either of these questions is ‘no’, then we will have to consider very carefully, with the help of the birth chart – what is it that impedes the flow of this wonderful Venusian energy!   And having got a handle on it, we need to respond to and work with our ‘blockages’ to manifestation and abundance.   And in the meantime, here’s a little mantra which you can recite in order to flex those Venusian vibes.   This mantra should be recited every time you pass a reflective surface…..Mirror, mirror on the wall…..I’m the most gorgeous of them all’!

Colour Therapy (Issue 5)

Keep it Green!

It’s opposite colour is pink.  These are the two colours of the heart chakra because the heart chakra balances itself to itself!  Green allows deeper healing for the heart chakra and is often used after pink For example: rose quartz starts the healing of this chakra and green jade finishes the job!  If your heart is hurting or broken, start with pink.  If you heart needs strengthening and clearing go with green.  Green is a predominant colour in nature and is the healthy and healing colour of the angelic rays and usually associated with Raphael.   Some say a green aura denotes illness (a bit green around the gills) but a green aura can also denote strong healing energy and a sense of balance!

The Bear

Tuning into the energy of the Bear brings joyfulness, coupled with strength both   physical & emotional.  The Bear brings powerful focus & determination.  The Bear is never frivolous & so brings a sense of purpose & focus to any situation.

The Bear is excellent for     inspiring patience & for long term projects.  It is never quick to act without due consideration before hand!  The Bear can help you to know when to act & when to sleep on it!

If you are considering a big move in your life, tune into the Bear & ask for help.  If you need strength of character & or learn self-defence, the Bear is your ally. 

To tune into the essence of an animal all you have to do is meditate, perhaps through the use of a picture or animal card.Then imagine it imbuing you with energy, you become the Bear!

Animal Healing (Issue 3)

The Bear is a proud animal & will defend itself & its family to the death.  For family issues it gives you a sense of loyalty & belief in your friends/relatives, even when all hope seems lost.

If you need to be strong with a gentleness, then the Bear can help.  It can be great for new fathers who are finding their feet, balancing protection with openness & softness.  The Bear is also a useful energy when you need physical stamina for sports or just for a period in your life. 

If you need to stand up for yourself, call on the Bear to give you the courage to do so.  A Bear is not easily roused to anger but beware a Bear who is cornered!

Bears are also very loving & if you need to strengthen a relationship then call in the Bear!
