Your session begins as you bathe your feet in a warm, soothing foot bath of herbs, fresh flowers, flower remedies & hand picked crystals.

Let your Reflexology treatment take you into a world of relaxation & bliss with up to an hour of deep, soothing foot massage, allowing you to drift away, lying on a wonderfully comfortable couch, surrounded by calming candles & healing crystals. 

Your moisturising foot cream will contain healing flower remedies, especially blended by Kate for you, for your session, to help you!  And of course, you will receive the natural healing of Seichem-Reiki all the way through too!

The sessions include, chakra re-balancing,

skeletal re-alignment, cranio-sacral re-alignment, aura & meridian clearing & full reflexology massage along with natural energy healing & clearing.

Reflexology is equivalent to a full body massage.

Even if you think you do not like having your feet touched or have ticklish feet, you will find that this is quite different and you will be a convert to Reflexology!

A series of treatments is recommended about 2-3 weeks apart for the first 3 sessions & then about a month apart for the following 3 but holistic treatments are always based on the individual so Kate will be happy to discuss your course of treatments with you so that you receive personalised therapy.

I can feel that Kate's sessions are more than just reflexology, they are working on so many levels, spiritually I feel cleansed & cleared & the sessions are the best I have had.
