How it works:

I read your past lives from your DNA.  I can tell you what you were, where, when and what happened, like watching a film.  I then clear away the karma (the emotions) which free you from Fear and allow you to change your perspective of yourself, your life and your expectations.

The sessions are one hour long but the clearing takes 3 to 6 weeks to complete through to the physical cellular level.  You will feel the benefits within the first few days.  You do not have to go into a trance state - it does not involve hypnotherapy (unless you wish to) you can just relax!

Depending on your needs you may have one or more sessions, leaving at least 3 weeks between.  Some people need about 3 sessions to feel a big improvement, some need 6.  Some people love the therapy so much that they transform their lives over a year to 18 months of sessions (sometimes combining soul clearing, inner child work and ascension sessions as well)

Two ways of exploring your Past Lives

Past Life Psychic Clairvoyant Readings

For those who do not fancy hypnotherapy & prefer to find out about their past lives from a distance. Sitting safely & comfortably, Kate can re-tell your past lives by reading them psychically - you don't have to do anything at all!!  Up to 5 lifetimes can be seen in a one hour session because Kate can find them quickly and accurately, re-telling your lifetimes, telling you about the people, places & situations you have experienced before.  Notes can be taken for you to take home.

Hypnotherapy

Through the guidance of Kate, you relax into peaceful meditation & find your past lives deep inside your consciousness.  Kate is with you all the way, keeping you safe.  She also takes detailed notes for you to take home.  All lives are healed while you are in them & you are brought back safely from each one.  Usually you can go into one or two lifetimes in a one hour session.

Types of Past Lives

There are many types of past lives.  Some are personal to your soul (which may not be passed down genetically) and some are generic to your soul family rather than specific to your soul.  Some are ancestral (inherited lives) lived by your biological ancestors.  Some are generic impressions which are then passed down through the generations (human race experiences) which accounts for many people feeling they were Cleopatra or at the Crucifixion of Christ. 

Personal soul past lives

These are the types that most people are interested in because you can carry this energy in your spiritual, emotional & physical bodies. 

Sometimes people have weaknesses in physical areas of the body due to previous injuries or phobias due to traumatic experiences, for example: if you have drowned in a previous lifetime, you may be afraid of water in this lifetime. 

You may feel that you have experienced some of the following in a past life:

• hanging, strangling or beheading can lead to neck & throat problems
• being shot in the leg or breaking a leg can lead to leg, hip or foot problems
• a shock or severe fright can lead to panic attacks or lack of confidence
• starving can lead to weight and food issues
• drowning or suffocation can lead to claustrophibia or fear of water

Generic Soul Lifetimes

Kate has the ability to tell you if this is the case with a lifetime which is re-called but this does not mean that is any less important to you.  On rare occasions, some souls actually bring lifetimes belonging to members of their soul family to earth to clear them on their behalf.

Some souls also borrow lifetimes from other members of their soul family in order to beable to make sense of this human life on earth, especially if they are relatively new to incarnation.

Ancestral lives

These are not technically past lives but are experiences lived by your biological ancestors (these do not tend to come up in past life readings)

Generic human race experiences

These are common but Kate can tell you if it is personal or collective.  The subtle differences can be seen by Kate but you are unlikely to feel that these lifetimes are any less real than those you have lived yourself and they will not have any less impact on your soul's path.  They are of equal importance to you.
